Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt.

To start a return, email cev@earthtrade.com. If your return is accepted, we will send the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away and we will make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the refund.
